This website and online store are operated by Lodge and Legacy. By visiting the site, placing an order, or using a store service, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced here.

Products and availability

We work to present product colors, details, availability, and prices accurately. Screen settings, materials, and the made-to-order production process can cause minor differences. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, change or discontinue products, or cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment problems, product unavailability, or an address we cannot service. If payment has been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Pricing, payment, taxes, and shipping

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other amounts are shown during checkout when required. You agree to provide valid billing and payment information and authorize the charges shown when submitting the order. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

Made-to-order fulfillment

Most items begin production after an order is accepted. Cancellations or changes may not be possible once fulfillment starts. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Returns, replacements, and refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

Acceptable use

You may use the store only for lawful purposes and must provide accurate, current information. You may not interfere with the site's security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy protected content without permission, or use the store in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

Intellectual property

The store's designs, branding, text, graphics, photographs, and other content are owned by Lodge and Legacy or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer rights to reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially use the design or store content.

Third-party services

The store relies on service providers for ecommerce hosting, payments, production, shipping, analytics, and related functions. Their services can be subject to separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Lodge and Legacy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where another law must apply to protect non-waivable consumer rights.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on the store. The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
