Lodge and Legacy Affiliate Program
Help introduce Masonic apparel, accessories, and gifts from Lodge and Legacy to people who may appreciate them. Applications are open to Masonic creators, lodge members, spouses and families, community pages, and other partners whose audience is a good fit for the store.
How the program works
Approved partners receive a unique tracked link or code after their affiliate connection is activated. Eligible purchases attributed to that link or code can earn commission under the terms below.
Starting commission
The starting commission is 8% of eligible net merchandise revenue. Net merchandise revenue means the product amount actually paid after discounts and excludes shipping, taxes, duties, gift cards, and other non-merchandise charges.
A customer discount is not automatically included. Some approved partners may receive a separate promotional code when Lodge and Legacy offers one.
Eligible orders
Commission applies only to completed, qualifying orders delivered within the United States and properly attributed through the approved tracking method. Canceled, refunded, returned, disputed, fraudulent, duplicate, self-referred, or otherwise ineligible purchases do not earn commission. Lodge and Legacy may reverse commission when an order is later refunded, disputed, or found to violate program rules.
Review and payment timing
Commissions are subject to a 30-day review period before approval. This allows time for cancellations, refunds, fraud review, and other order adjustments. Approved commissions are paid according to the connected affiliate platform's payment schedule and requirements.
Partner responsibilities
Affiliates must describe Lodge and Legacy products truthfully, use approved links or codes, and clearly disclose the affiliate relationship wherever required. Partners may not use spam, misleading claims, fake reviews, trademark misuse, unauthorized paid search advertising on Lodge and Legacy brand terms, coupon-code leakage, or any unlawful or deceptive promotion.
Affiliates are responsible for following applicable advertising and disclosure rules, including clearly stating that they may earn a commission from qualifying purchases.
Approval and program changes
Participation is by approval only. Lodge and Legacy may approve, decline, suspend, or end a partnership when necessary to protect customers, the brand, or the business. Commission rates and program terms may change for future referrals. Material changes will be communicated to active partners when practical.
